We have lady bug larvae again! (Thanks Aunt Rosie!)

We had a great time at Ana's bowling birthday party!

Sophie and Jason both really like bowling.

Here's a great shot of Maddie after having a really great bowl.

Sophie also liked sliding around on the floor like a snake.

Here's Ana and her cupcakes!

Sophie really enjoyed her's.

We had a tie dye party. Here's the kids showing off their new clothes.

We have tadpoles! (again)

It's been two years, but we are raising tadpoles again thanks to our friend's fountain!

The kids had a great time on the carousel!

Here they are in their Tigers gear.

The boys watching the game; making Tiger faces!

The girls watching the game.

Happy Father's Day, Daddy!

We took Daddy to the Tigers' game for Father's Day.

Here's the ceremony for retiring Sparky's #11!

Playing at Grandma and Grandpa L's.

Sophie swam out all by herself to pick a flower.

Here she is showing it off.

And Jason with his flower, too.

Let's play name that plant... These are from around the yard and we are trying to identify them.

Plant #1 (sweet pea??)

Plant #2

Plant #3

Plant #4 (Canadian thistle?)

Comment below if you have any ideas!

Here's our wall map for our Postcard Project. Jason crosses out the state (the map has a white board surface) when we get a new postcard and we post the card on the wall around the map.

Can you help us with a state? Check our list!

Sophie went for her first hair cut. She was a little apprehensive. Grandma L. and I couldn't get her to sit in the boats...

so she decided to sit ON the boat!

Here's Jason getting his cut... he looks thrilled.

The local police placed this on our property this morning just for us! (People fly down our street, so it's probably really for them...) But, of course, we had to get in the car and drive by about 5 or 6 times just to see what it does.

Then we tried riding by on our bike... oh, yeah, it works that way, too!

Tomorrow, we might try running. The neighborhood kids figured out this evening that it works for skateboards, too.

As is becoming custom, we had to stop by the Pittsburgh Children's Museum on our trip. Such a great place to explore!

Here is Sophie dropping little pebbles into a big drum with nails. It makes a sound like a rain stick does.

And Jason spinning sand around on a big disc.

And Sophie and I in the tilted room. It really plays with your mind in there. We are actually standing up right, the room is tilted. Sophie loved it and was laughing hysterically as she would fall into the wall.

Jason climbing up about 3 stories to the top of the climber.

And here they both are in the climber. Watch out Sophie!

Sophie loved the water table room.

Jason really enjoyed building fountains.

Here is my wonderful, almost 99 year old Uncle Mitchell.

It was so nice to be able to visit with him on our trip to Pittsburgh.

Here we all are hanging out at Aunt Izzy's house one last time.

Left to right... Sandy, (front) Mitchell, Tami, Aunt Izzy, (front) Cristen, Robin with Jason, Aunt Louise, Dave, Grammy, and Grandpa Bob. Sophie, being that she is two years old, strapped herself in the car and refused to get out for a picture. Did I mention she is two?

Of course, we all have tears in our eyes here.

Here's my beautiful 89 year old Aunt Izzy petting her cat, B.W., with Sophie.

I love these chairs under a tree in her yard. I can remember staying at Aunt Izzy's house as a kid and exploring her yard and sitting in these chairs.

Here's Aunt Iz, Aunt Louise, and Grammy chatting on the back deck.

Another thing I can remember is her china cabinet. I am not sure why, but I just always remember liking it.

Here's the kids and daddy playing in the yard.
